a series of sketches completed during amarisa’s tenure in the upscale hospitality industry. purposefully created “on the clock”, the pieces were drawn over previous notes regarding service, menu changes, and table orders. OR HARDLY WORKING is a meditation on the value of labor, time as a finite resource, and what one must often forfeit in exchange for financial stability.
